In a nutshell, you will be working with network professionals in the MAGNIFI team in bridging the gap between network technology and business operations by monitoring various network ecosystems and troubleshooting actual business problems.

A day in the life in MAGNIFI in the Network Operations Center:

• Provides a proactive 24/7 monitoring by monitoring network systems, devices, critical IT assets and IoT devices.
• Experiencing first-hand and gain practical knowledge on monitoring, managing and troubleshooting an end-to-end network ecosystem.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Respond to network alerts, security threats, and performance issues.
• Provide support for incident management and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement system improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for recurring incidents.
• Maintain and update documentation related to network operations and incidents.
• Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends, developments, and best practices in the digital industry.

Qualifications:

• Graduates with a passion for Computer Science/Network Engineering are encouraged to apply.
• Great interest in digital transformation and is constantly updated with current events and trends.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a can-do attitude.
