Responsibilities
Driving and Navigation
Operate the Bus Safely:
Drive the bus in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Route Adherence:
Follow prescribed routes and schedules, making adjustments for road conditions and traffic.
Navigation:
Utilize maps, GPS, or other tools to navigate routes effectively and handle unexpected detours.

Passenger Safety and Assistance
Passenger Safety:
Ensure that all passengers are seated and secure before moving the bus. Enforce safety rules and regulations.
Assisting Passengers:
Help passengers with disabilities, the elderly, and those with special needs to board and disembark safely.
Emergency Procedures:
Be prepared to handle emergencies, including medical emergencies, accidents, and evacuations.

Bus Maintenance and Inspections
Pre-Trip Inspections:
Conduct routine checks of the bus before starting the route, including brakes, lights, and fluid levels.
Report Issues:
Report any maintenance or mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities for prompt repair.
Cleanliness:
Keep the bus clean and free of debris; ensure that it is in good condition for passengers.

Customer Service
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous service to passengers.
Conflict Resolution:
