Role Description The Client Connect and Process Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role manages client onboarding and follow-up, ensuring timely communication with clients and families via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The coordinator supports scheduling and coordination of appointments across services, maintains accurate client records, and helps streamline administrative processes. Daily responsibilities include monitoring service workflows, identifying bottlenecks, updating internal documentation, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to support smooth service delivery. The role also involves tracking client feedback, assisting in quality initiatives, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
