Job Description

Work Location : DECAF - Empire City, Hextar World

Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and other specialty drinks according to standardized recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations. Ensure a friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer experience.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle customer payments, and provide accurate change. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of coffee and beverage products, including different brewing methods and flavor profiles. Educate customers about various offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas. Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, replenish supplies, and inform management of stock shortages or equipment malfunctions. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and smooth café operations. Assist in training new baristas as needed.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
