Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day business operations, continuous optimization tracks, and cross-functional delivery teams. In this critical leadership role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for diagnosing structural inefficiencies, auditing end-to-end organizational workflows, balancing resource capacities, and ensuring complete alignment with executive milestones.Operating at the intersection of our backend technical squads, front-office business development units, and senior executive board members, you will eliminate process bottlenecks and control operational budgets. The ideal candidate will combine strong pipeline data tracking precision with deep structural logic to maximize project delivery efficiency, enhance system yields, and guide operational updates from pilot to secure full-scale execution.Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Team Leadership: Direct, monitor, and systematically optimize the day-to-day operations, project scheduling, resource allocations, and output performance of cross-functional operational squads.
  • Workflow Diagnostics & Process Mapping: Design and map comprehensive cross-functional system layouts, value stream maps (VSMs), and modern standard operating procedures (SOPs) to systematically isolate operational latencies.
  • Performance Metrics & KPI Auditing: Establish, track, and monitor operational performance logs and continuous improvement metrics, leveraging data insights to eliminate process bottlenecks and drive delivery yields.
  • Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage allocated department budgets, track actual material or project expenditures against forecast metrics, and implement strict cost engineering controls to prevent fiscal variances.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a reliable and professional communication bridge between front-office project teams, backend operational units, and corporate directors, delivering high-impact briefings and dashboard updates.
  • Risk & Change Management: Design and deploy comprehensive program risk registers and change enablement frameworks to manage project scope modifications smoothly with minimal business friction.
  • Data Governance Compliance: Enforce strict information security standards across all digital and physical tracking models, workflows, and database records in complete compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) [Singapore].

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a quantitative professional discipline. Professional credentials (such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certifications) are highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: High competency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications—specifically Excel for intricate data metrics tracking and PowerPoint for corporate presentation design. Hands-on experience navigating professional data visualization infrastructure (such as Tableau or Power BI) or project tracking platforms is required.
  • Experience: Prior hands-on experience in an operations manager, team lead, business analyst coordinator, or process improvement supervisor role—preferably within a professional consulting firm, specialized corporate advisory, or fast-growing technology, logistics, or corporate services sector—is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to influence multi-disciplinary business leaders.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, sharp analytical problem-solving skills under tight project deadlines, intense attention to detail, and a resilient leadership mindset.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $7,600.00 per month
