We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Lead/Architect to lead the Oracle Demand Planning & Supply Planning Functional areas. The role will report to the Project Manager.

- As an Oracle SCM Supply Planning & Demand Planning Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

- You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion Supply Planning module, along with needed touch base with related modules like Demand Planning, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Lifecycle Management, PDH & other SCM Cloud Modules

- You will be responsible for successful implementation of the solution at the customer site by following Oracle best practices. Could be involved in System testing, Business Object testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post Production phase.

- Ability to configure the Oracle Fusion application independently in the assigned areas and demonstrate to Business on the product features to gain acceptance

- Knowledge of Industry best practices in the needed verticals so as to advice the Customer

- Able communicator with demonstrated ability to offer training to a big Customer audience

- Cross track skill to work with Consultants of various areas like Finance, Inventory, OM, etc and ability to think through cross functional impact while designing solutions

Requirements:
- Overall 10 to 15 Years’ experience with 8+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application.

- Expertise in Demand Planning & Supply Planning & other SCM Cloud Modules, is essential.

- Minimum 2 End to End Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Applications.

- Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.

- Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.

- Domain/industry experience will be an added advantage, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
