• Developing, producing, and delivering engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborating with our marketing team to align TikTok content with our broader marketing strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Managing the TikTok content calendar to ensure regular posting and audience engagement.
• Analyzing performance metrics to understand content impact and making necessary adjustments to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software.
• Proven experience creating engaging content on TikTok, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and user engagement strategies.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Ability to shoot and edit video content specifically tailored for TikTok.
