If you can turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch, this role gives you the opportunity to handle both sides of production — behind the camera and inside the editing suite.

Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS) and YouTube, from planning the shoot to delivering the final cut.

We're looking for someone with:

• 2–3 years of video editing experience
• Diploma/Degree in Media Production, Photography, Film Production or related field
• Strong English & Mandarin communication skills
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut
• Camera operation knowledge
• Basic lighting & audio setup skills
• Good visual storytelling instincts
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
• Experience from a production house or media agency is preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in Bandar Sunway, travelling for shoots/events and occasionally supporting weekend events when required.

Your work will cover the full content-production process:

• Plan video shoots with the content team
• Film promotional, social & event content
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, XHS & YouTube
• Turn long-form videos into Reels, Shorts & other bite-sized content
• Handle colour correction, music, voiceovers & sound effects
• Create basic static & motion graphics using templates
• Organise footage and raw media
• Maintain proper framing, lighting & audio quality
• Bring fresh content ideas based on current social trends
• Keep videos consistent with brand guidelines
• Deliver multiple projects according to schedule
