Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Payroll & Recruitment Executive to handle monthly payroll processing and recruitment activities. The role will work closely with management and employees to ensure payroll is accurate and recruitment needs are fulfilled on time.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Check attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, commissions and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
  • Handle employees' payroll enquiries and resolve basic payroll issues.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for management and Finance.
  • Ensure payroll information is kept strictly confidential.

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Coordinate recruitment for full-time, part-time and internship positions.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on suitable recruitment platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Arrange interviews between candidates and management.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and job offers.
  • Prepare offer letters and relevant employment documents.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and required documentation.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Follow up with candidates until they successfully join the company.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personal and employment records.
  • Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, transfer, resignation and other employment-related letters.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave and other HR matters.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure HR documents are properly filed and maintained.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll, recruitment or HR administration is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
  • Able to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
