·Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints and associated peripherals.

·ProvideL2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.

·Plan and executeVC technology refresh projects.

·Provide technical support for client events and other high-profile corporate events.

·Collaborate closely with the Global Design team to align with the latest room design standards and updates.

·Coordinate with the Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.
