Job Description
Responsibilities
System Administration & Support:
Maintain dashboards, user setups, and configurations in logistics software during daily operations and peak seasonal volumes. Serve as the first line of technical support to resolve system glitches or data errors.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), run SQL queries, and build reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to monitor actuals versus forecasts.
Testing & Migration (UAT):
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software upgrades, cloud migrations, or new microservices integration.
Project Management:
Translate business requirements from warehouse and transport managers into actionable technical specifications or system changes.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Liaison:
Coordinate with external SaaS providers, finance teams, and ground operations to streamline shipping strategies.
