Job Description

1. Leadership and Management

• Provide leadership and direction to the endoscopy nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the endoscopy unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.

2. Department Operations

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the endoscopy department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the scheduling of procedures, staff, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

3. Resource Management

• Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow within the endoscopy unit.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications required for endoscopy procedures.
• Monitor and manage the unit's budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• 10 years experiences in nursing / At least 2 years’ experience in management level.
• Valid APC from Malaysia Nursing Board
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred Post Basic in Gastrointestinal

Pay: RM6,100.00 - RM8,600.00 per month
