Job Overview: To assist in overseeing all matters relating to the IT Operations and Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in Data Processing operations and ensure smooth AS/400 performance.

Maintain hardware functionality and troubleshoot AS/400 & PC issues.

Ensure successful data backup, report printing, and system operations.

Comply with IT Security policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent.

Relevant work experience is an added advantage.

Willing to work on shift schedules and overtime.

In-house training will be provided.
