1. Must-Haves

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and operations.
• Proven experience supporting SAP landscapes in productive enterprise environments.
• Good knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP HANA platforms.
• Experience with:
  SAP system administration
  Transport Management Tools (SolMan Charm, Realtech)
  SAP patching and upgrades (Kernel, Add-ons)

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and technical dependencies between SAP components.
• Experience with SAP HANA administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid SAP environments. (Cloud Connector, CPI, BTP)
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management as well as experience with ticket tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, ServiceWare or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Experience with SAP BTP administration and connectivity.

• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of the SAP landscape across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Monitor and maintain SAP systems, databases, interfaces, and technical platform components to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Perform system administration activities, including start/stop procedures, client administration, transport management, and job scheduling.
• Manage SAP system health checks, performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization activities.
• Analyze and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and problems in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution activities for complex SAP Basis issues.
• Manage SAP kernel updates, patches, support package implementations, and technical maintenance activities.
• Support backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Support and operate SAP HANA databases, including monitoring, performance analysis, and basic administration activities.
