ADMIN ASSISTANT (SALES SUPPORT) / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Perm
North - Woodlands
Mon - Fri / Mon - Fri + Alt Sat
Office Hours
$1.8K - $2.6K
Job Scope:
Support sales operations and administrative activities
Prepare and process sales and purchase orders
Coordinate shipments and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage emails and maintain proper filing of documents
Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
️ Requirements
Prior experience in administrative support will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiar with SAP / WMS would be an advantage
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
