Hexatech Engineering Hiring! Full Time Site Safety Supervisor in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies and applicable regulations.

· Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

· Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices on site.

· Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards and follow up on unsafe conditions.

· Follow up with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure safety issues are properly addressed.

· Record and report accidents, incidents, near-misses and unsafe conditions and assist in investigations where required.

· Maintain safety records, inspection reports and related documentation.

· Ensure emergency exits, first aid kits and firefighting equipment are available and properly maintained and participate in emergency drills.

· Work closely with the Safety & Health Officer, Project Manager and site teams on safety, audits and compliance matters.

· Support the implementation of QESH policies and continuous safety improvement initiatives.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Management or immediate supervisor.

Requirement:

· Valid Yellow Book is mandatory.

· Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in M&E services, Engineering or construction related industry.

· Good knowledge of site safety practices and relevant safety regulations.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a hands-on site environment.

· Good reporting and documentation skills.

· Working Location: Johor Bahru (JB)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
