Job Description
Responsibilities
A world in transition requires a different kind of thinking. At WWM, we fuse structural, civil, and systems engineering with a design-first mindset. We embrace digital tools and multidisciplinary collaboration to unlock sustainable, high-value outcomes across the built environment.
We are seeking a Civil Engineer for a full-time position in our Singapore team. This is a hybrid role—ideal for an engineer with strong foundations in both infrastructure and building structures, looking to work across disciplines and help shape complex, integrated projects. You'll work alongside architects, urban designers, and engineers from various fields to deliver cohesive, forward-thinking design solutions.
This is an opportunity to be part of a studio that values curiosity, ingenuity, and technical creativity. You’ll work on exciting, large-scale developments with complex technical challenges and the chance to shape future urban environments through a fusion of infrastructure and architectural engineering.
Please send your CV and portfolio or sample projects showcasing both civil and structural design experience. Please also include confirmation of your elegibility to work in Singapore in your cover email.

WWM
We are Designers, We are Enablers.
Whitby Wood Mills is an engineering consultancy.
We are independent, international and lateral-thinking. We work on the engineering design of buildings and urban infrastructure, providing professional services for clients working in all sectors. Our advice is based on the application of locally-relevant low-carbon construction technologies, and we work hard to develop practical cost-effective design, for projects of all sizes.
Our work is based on in-depth knowledge of best practice — locally, nationally and internationally — and an openness to innovation. Working closely with like-minded colleagues in diverse engineering fields, we make sure we can see the whole technical challenge a project presents.
