Position : HR Shared Services Executive

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Employment Type: 12 months contract with PERSOL

Working Arrangement : Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM3,000 - RM4,500 (based on experience & qualification)

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused HR Shared Services Executive to join a leading multinational organization in the Oil & Gas industry.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and former employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, processes, and employee-related enquiries while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee enquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Provide support to current and former employees through various communication channels
• Process HR transactions and administrative requests accurately and efficiently
• Manage reference requests, documentation, and electronic filing activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate employee records while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Utilize HR systems and digital tools to support daily HR operations

Who can apply?

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of HR Services, HR Operations, HR Administration in Shared Services or related experience
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday, Salesforce, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced shared services environment
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
