Job Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training and development programs covering sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership.
• Represent the company's brands, products, services, and campaigns professionally at events and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, roadshows, and campaigns.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions and create positive brand experiences.
• Learn effective sales, marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Work closely with team leaders and members to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on experience and continuous training.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
