We are looking for skilled and friendly Service Staff to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure follow up is done for all tables to ensure customer satisfaction
Take orders and serve food/drinks orders/ dessert orders
Upsell during order taking and make recommendations
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Deliver checks and collect payments
Housewife & retiree are welcomed to apply
Work Place: Great World City Mall
We are a boutique Grocer and Butcher that caters to the discerning foodie with exquisite tastes or special dietary requirements. We believe in quality foods that provide healthy options for all dietary needs, and are committed to bringing the highest quality produce to your plate. Currently, we have two outlets- one tucked away in the residential area of Binjai Park and another more central outlet, Great World.
