Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to support our business development activities in the Water & Oil/Gas industries.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-

1. Research and identify potential customers & business opportunities.

2. Conduct cold calls and emails to generate customer appointments.

3. Follow up and schedule appointments for the Sales/Management team.

4. Monitor government & industry tender/RFQ portals.

5. Purchase/download tender documents and monitor closing dates.

6. Assist with tender, quotation and sales documentation.

7. Maintain customer database, leads and follow-up records.

8. Support e-marketing activities, including social media updates, email marketing and company website updates.

9. Prepare promotional posts/content using Canva or similar tools.

10. Provide sales and marketing administrative support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome.

3. Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

4. Confident in making cold calls and communicating with customers.

5. Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

6. Basic Canva/content creation skills are an advantage.

7. Proactive, organized, responsible and able to work independently

8. Willing to travel for customer visits and sales supports.

9. Must possess a valid driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
