12-month Contract with Permanent Conversion Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Change Management Lead to develop, support and implement change management strategies for the assigned projects
  • Ability to work with vendors or project counter parts to;
  • Plan and execute training, communication and related work products and services, not limited to change readiness assessment, stakeholder assessment, change impact survey, training needs assessment, training materials, FAQ and etc.;
  • Break down technical information to layman’s terms for project training and communications purposes;
  • Coordinate, drive and deliver change related meetings, trainings/briefings to key users and end users on projects;
  • Develop and implement operational continuous improvement initiatives to better serve our customer needs and grow our change management capabilities;
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders expectations to maintain business quality excellence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business/ Psychology/ Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of working experience in mid to large-scale organizational change efforts or process.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases [Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is an added advantage].
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good in presentation skill and PowerPoint skills.
