Our client specialize in retail and office properties across Asia-Pacific. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to support and strengthen their operations team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex business and personal calendars, including meetings, appointments and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate business and family travel arrangements, including flights, itineraries, visas and relevant documentation.
• Manage family and children’s schedules, activities, appointments and day-to-day logistics, including arrangements for independent travel.
• Coordinate household operations and external service providers, including drivers, nannies and other vendors.
• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support, including expense claims, record-keeping and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Experienced Personal Assistant or similar role (family office / private household experience preferred)
