Full-Time Office & Lab Cleaner 

Monday to Friday 

Time: 9am to 6.30pm 

Break: One Hour Lunch, In between 2 sessions of 15 minutes coffee breaks

Office Area
- Wipe pantry chairs and tables, washing utensils or glasses left at basins
- Wipe office tables
- Cleaning of floor- Vacuum floor
- Wipe and sanitizing door handles
- Mopping of floor
- Empty all trash bins ( Ensure recycles is disposed to recycle areas)
- Coffee machine cleaning and replenish
- Cleaning of meeting rooms and support on meeting logistics (i.e. replenish of drinks and snacks, etc)
- Cleaning up the fridges
- Wipe and clean internal glass walls, glass doors up to janitor's height 
- Carpet vacuum cleaning
- Empty shredder waste paper
- Support receive and organize of stationary and RedMart food supplies and place in stock
- Other general office cleaning duties support upon request


Lab Area
- Wash, sort and organize lab wares (Remove package label as requested)
- Wipe lab table surface
- Wipe lab shelf and cabinet surface for all labs
- Assist to organize and tidy the lab coats
- Cleaning of lab's glass surfaces
- Other lab cleaning tasks as requested
- Towel to be soak with bleach and rinse daily the next day
