Abhidi Solution Hiring! Full Time Senior SAP SD-VMS Support Lead in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S/4HANA stabilization and ensure alignment with business requirements and performance benchmarks.
• Manage end-to-end SD, Logistics (LE), and Supply Chain (SCM) processes.
• Act as VMS SME covering procurement, stock, sales, and after-sales operations.
• Troubleshoot complex enhancements across SD/MM/VMS landscape.
• Ensure integration between demand, MRP, procurement, and fulfillment processes.
• Lead Hypercare to BAU transition and manage stakeholder priorities.

Technical Qualifications –

• SAP SD/MM/VMS experience in complex S/4HANA environments.
• Strong exposure to Procurement and MRP in ECC and S/4HANA.
• Deep expertise in Logistics Execution (LE) and Supply Chain operations.
• Experience working in highly customized SAP landscapes.
• STRONG CRITICAL PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS including root cause analysis, PRB reduction, and systemic issue resolution.
• Ability to identify recurring incident patterns and drive permanent fixes instead of workarounds.
• Strong cross-functional troubleshooting across integration, data, access, and backend layers. Customer Operations & Post-Go-Live Support
• Extensive experience in Hypercare stabilization and BAU transition.
• Proven experience handling high-volume incident environments. Technical Advantage
• ABAP or RAP knowledge for debugging and design is advantageous. Experience & Education
• At least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation (ECC to S/4 preferred).
• Strong Tier-3 support and incident/problem management experience.
• SAP certifications preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and onsite experience.
