Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Graduate of Property Management/Estate Management/Business Administration/Accountancy/Finance/Legal Administration are encouraged to apply
• Strong computer related proficiencies
• Knowledge and experience in liquidation/stratified property is preferable

Responsibility

• To handle the administration of liquidations and insolvencies engagements of winding up companies
• To handle the administration of liquidations and insolvencies engagements related to stratified property basis
• To deal with relevant authorities and parties involving in liquidation process and strata application process
• To gather information from company director/shareholders/creditors
• To perform other support functions on insolvency engagements such as taking possession of assets, preparation of documents, filing documents with the Official Receiver, managing deadlines, organising mailings and newspaper advertisements
• To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
• Lots of travelling/out-station required
