Job Description
Responsibilities
At least 1 year of relevant experience in student management, discipline, case management, interviewing, fact-finding, conflict resolution, behavioural support, multi-agency collaboration, or law enforcement, with strong documentation and communication skills.
Fact-Finding & Investigation
Conduct interviews, review CCTV, gather evidence, and prepare incident reports.
Preventive Student Management
Patrol key areas, supervise students, and identify behavioural concerns early.
Support behaviour education and preventive programmes.
Student Engagement & Behaviour Support
Conduct student check-ins and build positive relationships.
Facilitate restorative conversations and support behaviour improvement plans.
Parent Engagement
Support parent meetings and communicate student behaviour concerns.
Explain school expectations, interventions, and follow-up actions.
Fact-Finding & Investigation
