Short Professional Job Description

The Dispatch Executive coordinates the collection, movement, and delivery of documents and items between offices and designated locations. The role ensures dispatch requests are completed accurately and on time while maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch documents and items according to schedules.
• Follow daily dispatch and travelling rosters.
• Verify and organize documents before dispatch.
• Maintain records of completed and pending requests.
• Ensure timely delivery to designated locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding dispatch requirements.
• Report delivery issues or delays to supervisors.
• Handle items carefully and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative and dispatch duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous dispatch or document-collection experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore.
• Able to handle packages weighing up to approximately 5 kg.
• No vehicle is required; training is provided.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month
