Job Responsibilities
Develop enterprise business & middle‑platform modules, covering requirement analysis, coding, integration test and maintenance.
Build backend services with Java microservice stack, implement API & cross‑system data integration, resolve production performance issues.
Build AI‑enhanced features; apply AI‑coding tools / AI agents for requirement breakdown, code generation, bug troubleshooting, code refactoring and document creation to lift R&D efficiency.
Cooperate with product & QA, deliver technical documents and ensure project on‑time delivery.
Support front‑backend integration, container deployment and version control.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above, 3+ years practical Java development experience, large‑scale project full‑cycle experience.
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot / Spring Cloud; solid skill in MySQL, Redis, JVM & database tuning.
Familiar with distributed components (Nacos, gateway, message queue), understand high‑concurrency & distributed transaction solutions.
Hands‑on with Git, Maven; basic Docker/K8s knowledge, capable for production problem diagnosis.
Preferred:
Experience in financial middle‑platform or system‑integration projects
Basic Vue / TypeScript skills
Experience implementing AI‑agent into business system
Module project coordination experience
