As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the cost and commercial aspects of projects from tender through completion. Your role will include cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, procurement, valuation of works, variation management, and final account preparation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.

You will work closely with the Project, Design, Procurement, and Business Development teams to monitor project costs, manage commercial risks, and support effective project delivery. You will also be actively involved during the proposal and tender stages, including preparing cost estimates, reviewing quotations, conducting quantity take-offs, and ensuring commercial submissions are accurate, competitive, and completed on time.
