Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support daily warehouse operations within the F&B industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory storage, stock movement, container unloading, and operating warehouse equipment while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily warehouse, logistics, and storage operations.
* Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
* Operate the ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) for stock put-away and retrieval.
* Load, unload, and move goods safely using a forklift.
* Perform container unstuffing and arrange goods for storage.
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
* Conduct stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory SOP.
* Familiarity with food hygiene and warehouse safety standards.
* Update inventory records and warehouse data using Microsoft Excel and other inventory system.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
* Follow company SOPs, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
* Assist with any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
* 2- 3 years in warehouse operations or related experience, preferably in the F&B Industry.
* Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory recording and reporting.
* Able to operate an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).
* Experience in container unstuffing and warehouse receiving operations.
* Able to perform physical tasks and able to handle manual lifting.
* Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Valid Forklift License.
* Short Notice period.
