About the Roles

We are seeking a Product Manager to join an Information Technology Consulting team based in City Hall. This 1-year contract role offers a structured weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours of 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Fridays), along with a basic salary package and completion bonus. The role provides an opportunity to lead product initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful product improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and users to identify needs and define key problems to address.
• Develop business proposals to support resource planning and obtain project approval.
• Establish success metrics and create dashboards to monitor product performance and progress.
• Define product assumptions, strategies, and initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Build and manage the product roadmap while coordinating delivery timelines with the team.
• Partner with designers and software engineers throughout product design, development, testing, and release phases.
• Evaluate product results and implement continuous enhancements based on data and user feedback.
• Support users and encourage effective product adoption through ongoing engagement.
• Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Demonstrate experience in delivering measurable business or product outcomes.
• Have experience collaborating with design and engineering teams across the full product development lifecycle.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver within project deadlines.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or Balsamiq is advantageous.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional, or related certifications are advantageous.
