Job Description & Requirements

Involve in program development, planning, management and on-ground marketing activities

• Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions on products and sales techniques on regular basis
• Manage training schedule and developing training module and presentation materials
• Assist customers with finding products that meet their needs through in-person consultation
• Preforming sales of elite hair care products and treatment services
• Performing hair care treatments services to customers
• Attending to customers feedback

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
• Energetic with positive attitude
• Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues
• Pleasant well grommed and passionate
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Good coordination, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willing to work in retail hours ( 11am to 9pm)
