Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Admin or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of merchandising or retail experience are an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage product assortments based on sales performance, market trends, and customer demand.
- Manage inventory levels, replenishment plans, and stock allocation across retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
- Analyze sales data, sell-through rates, stock aging, and inventory turnover, and recommend actions to maximize sales.
- Identify slow-moving products and propose markdown, promotional, or clearance strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new product opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular merchandising reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
