What The Role Is

As the Manager/ Senior Manager (School Connectedness and Behavioural Support) in Guidance Branch (GB), Student Curriculum Development Division 1 (SCDD1), you will play a vital enabling role in supporting Guidance Officers as they develop and implement programmes that foster caring and enabling school environments across Singapore. Your work will directly contribute to the team's mission in strengthening Teacher-Student Relationships, Peer Relations, and Behavioural Support in schools.

What You Will Be Working On

• Coordinate curriculum development projects by tracking timelines, managing document workflows, version control, and ensuring instructional materials and professional development resources are in order and ready for dissemination
• Collate and synthesise large data sets to deliver insights and trends for team’s follow-up action
• Support team collaboration by coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, managing correspondence with schools and external agencies, and conducting engagement sessions alongside Guidance Officers
• Plan, coordinate and execute professional development events and workshops which may involve participants across teams
• Track key decisions and action points across projects and meetings, ensuring that relevant owners are kept informed of the latest developments in a timely manner
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organisational, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Ability to process and analyse large data sets and deliver data-informed insights and trends using data-related tools
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
• Proactive and dependable team player who is able to work independently when needed
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Prior experience in an administrative, executive support, or project coordination role would be preferred
