Sinotrans Logistics (M) Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Assistant - Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

JOB SUMMARY:
To be responsible for all system processing & operation works in the warehouse, including receiving, storage and deliveries of goods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for inbound order receiving in WMS.
• To check order outbound from WMS, generate pick list for warehouse prepare the stock to the transporter collection. Perform Goods issue after transporter collection.
• Check the physical stock & report any discrepancy stock upon receiving stock from supplier.
• Report the inbound document and discrepancy (if any) via Whatsapp / email.
• To ensure safety compliance at warehouse for staff and contract workers.
• To perform inventory stock count monthly and submission of Stock Count Report to management.
• To reconcile stock montly with customer SMART system vs Sinotrans WMS.
• To filling all documents (inbound & outbound) related with warehouse process.
• To prepare daily outbound shipment report to customer for stock out from warehouse.
• Print the dispatch label (WMS) for paste on carbon box prior outbound stock.
• Generate data from WMS for any report whenever required from management.
• Handle any new tasks or additional responsible as & when required by management.
• Any other job as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse operations experience
• Experience in 3PL is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work at Seskyen 22 Shah Alam
• Working Day: 5.5 days (alternate rest day)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
