Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and organised
Sales & Marketing Executive
to support our contract Pharmaceuticals manufacturing, export sales and e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.
Manage contract manufacturing projects from enquiry to delivery and payment.
Support local and overseas customers on sales, orders, documentation and shipment arrangements.
Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Finance, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Liaise with customers on product specifications, pricing, packaging, lead time and delivery requirements.
Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing, inventory and online promotions.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production for timely replenishment.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and provide regular sales updates.
Handle customer and operational issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Support sales growth, customer service and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
Experience in sales, export, contract manufacturing or e-commerce will be an advantage.
