We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our flagship boutique where retail meets live commerce.

Description:

• Engage customers by sharing valuable wellness knowledge, product benefits, and brand stories in an informative and approachable manner.
• Confidently introduce, demonstrate, and recommend premium herbal, wellness, and lifestyle products based on customers' needs.
• Support and actively participate in Shop Kang LIVE sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Deliver a warm, personalized, and memorable shopping experience that builds customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional product advice to enhance their overall wellness journey.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively support sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, wellness, or lifestyle sales is preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in health and wellness
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in livestreams (training provided)
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
