The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, a leading global Technology MNC
  • We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst
  • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice preferred

The Talent

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain management
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain process optimisation and meeting end-customer SLAs
  • Experience in asset management and/or inventory control
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process improvement and operational optimisation
  • Experience using AI tools to support process improvement and data analysis
  • Experience with cross-border shipping, customs and importation documentation across APAC markets
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience working with operational dashboards and reports
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, managed service providers, courier vendors and 3PL partners
  • Experience with IT equipment distribution and/or courier services would be a strong advantage
  • Experience mentoring, leading or managing junior team members preferred
  • Able to work primarily onsite in Singapore due to the operational nature of the role

Job Description

  • Support APAC logistics operations covering fulfilment, inventory management, reverse logistics and IT asset distribution
  • Track APAC fulfilment requests end-to-end and identify potential risks, backlogs and SLA breaches
  • Maintain daily and weekly operational trackers, including open orders, backorders and SLA monitoring
  • Monitor logistics dashboards and operational KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with regional site teams, managed service providers and reverse logistics partners on returns, collections and fulfilment activities
  • Prepare escalation summaries and follow up on outstanding actions through to resolution
  • Monitor APAC inventory levels and highlight stock availability and replenishment requirements
  • Coordinate cycle counts, conduct inventory variance audits and follow up on root-cause remediation
  • Maintain inventory locators, site stock structures and asset records
  • Support inventory setup for smart lockers, vending solutions and new stocking locations
  • Support new site activations, hub go-lives, data centre deployments and regional logistics projects
  • Support the replacement, repair and distribution of IT equipment such as laptops and mobile devices
  • Monitor courier and logistics vendor performance against agreed service metrics
  • Prepare vendor performance scorecards and operational reports
  • Validate monthly carrier and vendor invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely processing
  • Prepare RFQ and quotation comparison packs to support vendor reviews and negotiations
  • Maintain shipping, customs and importation documentation for cross-border movements within APAC
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, work instructions and operational trackers
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions
  • Conduct system audits of logistics transactions and support testing of process or system changes
  • Support SOP updates, process governance and regional implementation of global processes
  • Leverage advanced Excel and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver improvement projects and resolve operational issues
