Closio Catalyst is looking for a motivated and outgoing
Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee
to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and campaign execution.
As a Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee, you will:
Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities.
Gather customer feedback and market insights.
Work with the team to achieve campaign and sales goals.
Maintain a professional and positive image when representing client brands.
Attend training and coaching sessions to develop marketing, sales, and communication skills.
Requirements
Interest in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to take on new challenges.
Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage but
not required
