Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules and timelines for a range of local and overseas experiences and exhibitions
• Align production needs with creative intent, technical requirements, and operational goals
• Oversee resource planning, including staffing, equipment, materials, and vendor engagement

Execution & Delivery

• Monitor progress across all production workstreams, identifying risks early and adjusting plans as needed
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and support budget development through detailed production insights
• Uphold quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring projects open on time and perform reliably

Documentation & Vendor Coordination

• Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and trackers
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
• Support procurement and contract discussions with an understanding of production needs and constraints

Process & Workflow Optimization

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
• Champion best practices in production planning, communication, and cross-department collaboration
• Support long-term production strategy and roadmap development

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in production management or project management, preferably within location based experiences and exhibitions
• Experience with experiential, entertainment, cultural, or exhibition environments
• Understanding of end-to-end production processes for fabrication, thematic installation and venue adaptations
• Familiarity with AVLC systems, show control, or technical production workflows is a plus
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Able to travel for work is a must
