Role Summary

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for the automotive industry? CariCarz AutoMall is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to grow our premium consignment inventory. Your mission is to identify, contact, and onboard private car owners and corporate fleets, helping them sell their vehicles for the best value through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential sellers (Private & Corporate) to pitch the CariCarz Consignment Program.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, guiding them from the initial inquiry to the final sale.
• Market Analysis: Monitor automotive trends and pricing to provide accurate valuations and advice to potential consignors.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a database of prospects through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Showroom Coordination: Arrange vehicle inspections, photography, and detailing for newly onboarded consignment units.
• Reporting: Track and report on acquisition KPIs, conversion rates, and inventory health to the management team.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Telemarketing (Automotive background is highly preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in BM and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and social media for lead sourcing.
• License: Valid Class D Driving License.
• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
