As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships with our enterprise clients—ranging from government agencies, large fleet operators, aviation & port authorities to leading automotive brands.

You’ll play a central role in driving client success, commercial growth, and digital transformation across industries like fleet management, workshop digitalization, port logistics, and ground support equipment.

·       Develop and execute tailored account strategies to grow and retain key enterprise clients

·       Act as the main point of contact for key clients—ensuring seamless communication, system rollouts, and stakeholder engagement

·       Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across POMEN’s ecosystem and its partner's solutions.

·       Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and support

·       Lead client renewals, proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with measurable KPIs

·       Monitor account health, usage, and profitability through CRM and regular reporting

·       Represent POMEN at industry expos, demos, and client workshops

·       3+ years in B2B account management, enterprise sales, or solution consulting, ideally in SaaS, automotive, logistics, or tech industries

·       Proven experience managing high-value clients or government-linked accounts

·       Excellent communication and C-level presentation skills

·       Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital platforms, SaaS value propositions, and customer success

·       Commercially sharp—able to identify opportunities, craft value-driven proposals, and negotiate effectively

·       Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Excel dashboards, or proposal automation tools

·       Passionate about innovation, relationship-building, and growing with a regional tech brand
