Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each role

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings through to offer negotiations

Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term partnerships

Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent

Provide insights on workforce planning and support recruitment analytics and reporting

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
