What You'll Do

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Generate and develop new sales leads through different channels.
• Contact prospects and introduce the company's products/services.
• Understand prospect needs and identify suitable business solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Conduct sales presentations and business discussions.
• Negotiate with prospects and drive deals towards closure.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Support client retention and after-sales engagement.
• Update and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Track sales performance, forecasts, KPIs, and conversion rates.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Keep up with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in sales are welcome.
• Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented.
• Proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
