Job Summary

A MNC manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, month-end closing, financial reporting, and related accounting activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with hands-on full set accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, accruals, prepayments, and month-end closing.
• Good understanding of Malaysian accounting and taxation requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with audit experience or experience liaising with auditors and tax agents will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
