• Present product solutions and technical specifications directly to key project decision-makers.
• Track local commercial and residential development pipelines to capture upcoming project tenders.
• Manage customer accounts, address project inquiries, and ensure specified products convert into final sales.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B project sales or business development within the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong network or experience engaging architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, or contractors.
• Ability to present product parameters clearly and handle commercial negotiations.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
