Noatum Logistics Hiring! Full Time Sales Coordinator - Sales Support in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

About the role

Provide administrative and operational support to the Asia Sales Team. Follow up on sales enquiries and work closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and support deal closure. Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling activities through internet research, business directories, social media, and other lead-generation sources.

Key responsibilities

• Fresh graduates are welcome; Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Logistics is an advantage but NOT mandatory.

• Good command of spoken and written English is a must (as you will interact with overseas business partners).

• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, contracts, and pricing documentation

• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and CRM data

• Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation activities with internal departments

• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams to support customer requirements and project execution

• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, presentations, and KPI tracking for management review

• Support marketing initiatives, customer events, exhibitions, lead-generation activities, and other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Sales, Asia

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

• 1-5 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems

• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin & Korean is an advantage

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or related industries is an advantage
