About the role:

• Proficiency in Visual Language : Translate concepts and messages into compelling visuals that enhance marketing communications and content production.

• Online and Offline : Most of the time working for Online, including websites, social media, video platforms, and online ads; Some of the time Offline, involving printed promotional materials and various forms of out-of-home advertising.

• Attention to Detail : Be the keen eyes for visual details and committed to maintain high communication standards and professionalism.

• Curious and Passionate : Join the marketing team to understand user behaviors and learn from results for ongoing creative optimization.

• Flexibility for Collaboration : Capable of supporting and collaborating with various business units to achieve the company’s goals.

• Project Management & Problem-Solving : Strong self- and project-management skills to prioritize ad-hoc tasks under tight deadlines, combined with effective interpersonal communication to proactively flag difficulties, manage expectations, and navigate project challenges smoothly.

Requirements :

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in multimedia design

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools

• Openness to explore AI-assisted design tools to elevate visual concepts

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Detail-oriented, coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth

• Effective written & verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities

• Experience in advertising agency, motion graphics/animation or knowledge in UI/UX design, HTML and CSS is a plus
