Position Title: Project Coordinator (Lighting & Energy Solutions)
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Medical & Dental benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project enquiries, follow-ups, site surveys, and meetings.
Record lighting details and maintain survey and project documents.
Support proposals, presentations, specifications, and energy-saving calculations.
Maintain project trackers, approvals, and handover records.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project matters.
Perform other assigned project and administrative duties.

Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, Project Management, IT, or related fields.
Comfortable using documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and project tracking tools.
Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of lighting, energy-saving, or technology projects is advantageous.
Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities in software and clean energy projects.
Valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
